JOB DUTIES:

We are GROWING!  leaps and bounds and is in need of a high energy individuals to join our customer service team. The ideal candidates will be an outdoor enthusiast and familiar with the retail apparel industry.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist-Wholesale are responsible for assisting the customer service department with all customer service needs including; customer inquiries, web order support, order placement, order tracking and B2B website updates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service by answering customer emails, phone calls, live chats, and messages received through the online portal. Ensure questions, concerns, and issues are quickly resolved and handled to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Manage B2B seller portal to ensure incoming orders are quickly assigned to auto centers and are fulfilled within required timeframes
  • Facilitate customer returns in a centralized return center to receive returned product into inventory
  • Support administrative activities related to auto center operations
  • Manage B2B seller portal to ensure incoming orders are quickly assigned to auto centers and are fulfilled within required timeframes
  • Facilitate customer returns in a centralized return center to receive returned product into inventory
  • Assist with monthly billing and A/R process
  • Assist with Commercial billing/payment processing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a current high speed internet connection, with a modern, up to date PC or Mac.
  • Must have a current quiet, separated area of the home dedicated solely to work.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service. Prior experience in working in customer service role is highly preferred
  • Consumer goods and account management experience required
  • Communicates clearly, pleasantly, and politely to customers on the phone; excellent written and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requests at once
  • Highly organized
  • Flexible with changing priorities
  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn and understand new computer systems such as B2B seller portals, etc.
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy
