BILLING SPECIALIST $25/hour

Major Not For Profit is currently seeking a Billing Specialists to join their A/R departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client record request
• Create invoices for working clients
• Download and forward monthly billing data to users
• Process Personal Needs Allowances throughout the month.
• Prepare monthly work papers
• Mail Late letters to clients who fall behind in keeping accounts current
• Check monthly client rent billings

Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows, MS/Word & Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must have knowledge of Excel, and will be trained on MIP and other programs associated with position.

The starting salary for this position is $25/hr with excellent benefits and bonus.
