Overview:

We are a growing website hosting services company based in New York and Barcelona Spain we are looking to add a Home based (remote) Admin Assistants/Marketing Coordinator to our team immediately! The responsibilities include standard administrative duties such as email handling, scanning, emailing, phone handling, scheduling, and greeting and directing customers and clients. This person will also be the direct support for senior level executive accounts and will provide technical assistance updating their company website content. This portion of the job will include planning and organizing their calendars and managing meeting details. This role also includes the handling and maintenance of marketing material such as blogs, social media, and promotional content. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

This person must have at least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience. This person must be strong in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, WordPress, Facebook, and Twitter.
