SALARY RANGE: $ 12.00- $ 16.00 Depending on role/exp

JOB DUTIES:

We are seeking full time, home based Administrative Coordinators, CSR and HR support staff to join our dedicated and caring office teams nationwide. Experience with telephone or in person customer service, administrative or human resources?  You are qualified. 

Our organization provides insurance, caregivers and home health aides the administrative backup they need.

Job Summary
Administrative Coordinators will work hand in hand with local or regional office teams, providing administrative support under the supervision of the Regional Human Resources Director. Administrative Coordinator will perform a variety of duties in the areas of employee recruitment, employee relations, employee benefits, training, file management and payroll. Customers Service and Administrative will provide administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas including digital copying, filing, reception, record keeping, data entry and routine correspondence and reports.

Work Environment
These jobs operate in a professional, quiet, home-based office environment. These roles routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. These positions will report to the Human Resources Director.

Work Hours
8:30am – 5pm; Monday-Friday. or 9:30am – 6pm Flexibility is needed based on departmental need. Flexibility to weekend work for special events.

  • Able to work in fast paced work environment
  • Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Must possess excellent communitcation skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work
  • Initiative to complete duties promptly and with extreme attention to detail

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum two years of related administrative assistant experience.

Strong computer and verbal skills are required.
