DESCRIPTION:

Ensures accurate and timely processing of assigned commercial outsourcing services including rebates, pricing, chargebacks, contract core, reporting, correspondence, and all other aspects of commercial contract administration
Processes commercial contract transactions including preparing reports, correspondence, and monitoring scope of Client contract
Facilitates core configuration, including pricing, commercial contract terms, customers, and ongoing maintenance. Including communication to customers, working in unison with Business Analysts and Clients to ensure Client environments are set up and maintained correctly
Assists Clients and internal Business Analysts with inquiries in regards to any Commercial Outsource processing
Other related duties, as assigned, to meet Outsourcing department and Company objectives
Perform business analysis and requirements gathering

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced with account management, servicing, chargebacks and commercial rebates preferred 
Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
Strong analytical understanding and ability
Familiarity with data base concepts and tools
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
Degree preferred, not required.

Required Education/Skill/Abilities:

1-2 years of experience in CSR or commercial chargebacks and commercial rebates
Ability to work in an online cross-functional group is required
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail is necessary
Motivated self-starter with the ability to think strategically and work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work within strict timelines
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel; including external customers/clients
Detailed oriented with good analytical skills
Interested candidates MUST possess strong verbal and written communication skills
