FEATURED PROJECT: Customer Service Home Agents

SALARY RANGE: $16.35

OPENINGS: Multiple

HOURS: Part time, and F/T hours

JOB DUTIES:

Assist shopping members with questions and inquiries regarding the Rewards program for our brands. Be professional, courteous and helpful via telephone and email.

Work from the comfort of your home office.

Must be available to be scheduled 4 shifts per week with two of these shifts being Thursday through Sunday.

$16.35/hour, plus evening and weekend premiums. 

REQUIREMENTS

You must be able to provide extraordinary customer service, while developing strong relationships. Your primary duty is to sign up new customers to the REWARDS PROGRAM. You will obtain contact information and update information in our database. In addition, you will need to become familiar with the different rewards programs and be able to explain the benefits of these programs to customers. 

NO experience required. 1 week training program. You will be paid during training! We provide an office phone, headset, printer and cover all Internet and telephone fees.
