Communications may be inbound and/or outbound (Delayed auto response) Associates also attempt to regain trust with customer by reselling the benefits and value of utilizing our online products and services along with identifying their unstated needs, selling any missing lines of business to the customer, and make account changes as necessary. 

Job Specification:

-High School or Equivalent

-Must have dedicated home office or the ability to create and establish a permanent home office area free from distractions.

-Windows based pc required

-Company provided communication equipment must 

-Generally requires 0-2 years related experience

Please note these are contract temporary positions for a 3-6 month cycle. Full time positions are available through additional screening process.
