FEATURED PROJECT: The Customer Satisfaction Non-Clinical Coordinator

SALARY RANGE: $18 per hour

OPENINGS: 5 VOT virtual assistants needed

HOURS: Full Time 35 hours, Part time, 25 hours per week, work anytime!

JOB DUTIES:

The Customer Satisfaction Coordinator is responsible for receiving, investigating and responding in writing, to all customer appeals and issues. Work will involve all of the following:

  • Ensures customer issues are categorized and processed within mandated time frames.
  • Enters all reporting in the tracking system. 
  • Identifies potential issues and initiates referrals to internal and external resources.
  • Data entry and web content updating
 
The employee will be supplied with laptop, head-set for VOIP phone / messaging system and all necessary business applications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
