JOB DUTIES:

Summary: The Data Entry Specialist I performs day to day data entry tasks to include; both letter and numerical data entry functionality.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  This is a home based role, (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

· Perform complete and accurate data entry applicable to records tracking and management.

· Support general administration functions associated with the designated information sharing mechanisms.

· Maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and PMO as necessary.

· Track documents through completion of process.

· Respond to inquiries as needed to resolve problems in order to maintain quality customer service and records management standards.

· Develop, facilitate, and participate in online training for staff on processing transactions in support of the designated information storage system.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

· High School Diploma/GED required and 1 year of relevant work experience. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Outstanding command of spoken and written English, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and partner organizations.

Detailed oriented, with exceptional organizational and customer service skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, and be able to pass a background check.

Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Current modern computer and high speed internet access required. Additionally, applicants must have a dedicated home office area, free from clutter and ready to video conference/chat.
