Mission Statement: As a member of the Staffing Reinvention Office, my duties were providing Office Automation support to the Staffing Reinvention and Work force Restructuring Office.

-Determine that each agency request meet the requirements of the Schedule C authority. Keying program information in automation systems and maintaining hard copy files for reporting purposes.
-Prepare agency requests for approval by the Director Office and White House. 2 day standard.

After each agency responds, actions must be taken to edit/correct the individual records. Year 2002 900 record changes necessary. Average processing time for each record 10 minutes. Complicated corrections involve three hours of research and execution time of both OPM staff time and contractor time. Follow up action was required to get initial reporting data from agencies.
-Respond to Congressional, GAO, and other inquiries regarding Schedule C trends.
-Help to troubleshoot user web-based technology problems.
