SALARY RANGE: $ 14.00 per hour starting.

JOB DUTIES:

Nationwide company currently seeking Document Scanners and Indexers to assist with large projects to support document conversion projects. These positions are part of long-term indefinite projects. Positions will involve administrative tasks, scanning, prepping and converting files and traditional documents.

Requirements

Must enjoy working with paperwork all day or enjoy working on the computer performing repetitive tasks
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm required
Position requires strong eye for detail and must have strong organizational skills

Job Duties

Scan documents based upon client specifications
Ensure scanned document images are captured and legible
Data entry
Prep documents for scanning which will entail removing staples, organizing paperwork, and putting inserts and separators in files

Benefits

Home based, Flexible Work Hours – Choose your start time between 7 am – 9 am & work an 8 hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week Monday -Saturday
Salary $14.00 per hour
