JOB DUTIES:

We are a VC funded information technology company headquartered in Asia with offices in Los Angeles, New York, seeking to hire executive assistants for its US based executives. The Executive Assistants will have many responsibilities in a fast-paced IT company. The candidate should have excellent skills in written and spoken English, as well as aptitude for learning, and a love and knowledge for tech and music.

Duties Include:

– Daily contact with the CEO, CTO, and CMO.

– Relaying communication between our offices

– Remote work with minimum travel to New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and on an as needed basis

– Executing product tasks and assignments

– Social Media Awareness

– Official company correspondence

– Managing executive schedules

– Other assignments as necessary

Qualifications

– Hard working individual

– Internet connection / Wifi / Data plan

– 40 hours of availability per week

– Driven, passionate, and highly detail oriented

– Organization skills

– Degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters)

– Management experience

– Previous executive assistant experience
