SALARY RANGE: $25.00 Starting

JOB DUTIES:

Based in St Louis-Remote,– Part-time, Contract, Other

Compensation: $25/hour with possible increase after 6 months and year end bonuses.

Job Description: As an assisted care accounts manager, you will be responsible for working directly with our Department Heads and our clients directly, performing tasks in support of awarded contracts, including but not limited to client data acquisition, basic account analysis, preparing payer letters and proposed fee schedule. You will interact and follow up with payers and assist in preparing delivery status updates. These positions require self discipline and time management. Account managers will display strong organizational skills, critical thinking, problem solving, administrative, strong computer and communication skills.

In this role you will: – Work directly with our Department heads to manage client relationships and ongoing workflow on accounts – Gather information from clients in order to prepare high-impact/high-quality proposals and letters of interest- Analyze payer offers and fee schedules- With little information, identify and obtain contact information (e.g. email and phone number) for appropriate contacts.  

Preferred Skills: 2 or more years customer service preferably for a health insurance company – Familiarity with payer reimbursement structure. Health care ambulatory rates and billing procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong administration skills – Strong project management skills – Expect fluency in MS Office or Google Docs.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Must have fully functional home office, fax, clear sounding and reliable telephone service with general outgoing message including name in order to place and receive calls and/or messages, computer with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Having Outlook is a plus but is not required. – Available to be contacted during normal business hours in your time zone, throughout the business day by e-mail and phone and to respond quickly.
