JOB DUTIES:

We are a global performance improvement solutions provider of training, eLearning solutions, management consulting, software services and insight to higher education and engineering services. Our core mission is to improve the effectiveness of organizations by delivering innovative and superior training, consulting and business improvement services, customized to meet the specific needs of its clients. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, educational facilities, and other commercial and government customers. 

We have an immediate need for a Training Coordinators (Customer Service/Administrative/Coordinating background). These are a full-time, benefitted position and the person can work remotely but must be located in the U.S. As a TC, member of the Global Services Operations team, you will support the Professional Services Domestic line of business. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

Assist in providing timely, accurate data analytics to assist the leadership team’s management of revenue, expense, sales pipeline, capacity and utilization

Support the planning and implementation of client and vendor-related training programs

Support Client Manager with planning and training implementation processes

Support operations supervisor and account manager

Month-end close processes (Timesheets, ETC reporting, etc) and requisite dashboarding and reporting

Maintain and monitor project and client related progress and provide updates on metrics

Assist with the administration of the Third Party Contractor Invoice and Time Entry processes

Assist with preparation of materials for the leadership team

Various other ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed

Ensure course costs are accurate and listed appropriately in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Send out pre-work if applicable

Process rosters in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Answer client/employee inquiries via phone

Qualifications:

Administration/coordinating type experience preferably in a corporate environment

Strong Microsoft Suite Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook experience

Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.

Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (multi-task) in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment in order to meet aggressive deadlines.

Self-starter and the willingness to resolve issues and find solutions with little guidance.
