Inside Sales Professional

We are currently accepting applications for our marketing department. This is an entry level position for individuals who are seeking a career with a fast growing, well established financial organization. Sales and management opportunities are available for qualified candidates. In this key role within the organization, you’ll be representing some of the most well-known and respected companies in the world. As a member of our team you’ll be treated like a professional. HIGHLIGHTS OF POSITION:

• Marketing to businesses in North America by creating warm leads for our Certified Payment Advisors
• Access to cutting edge software which include SalesForce & others
• Up to $17.00 per hour for qualified candidates
• Hours of Business Operations M-TH 8:00 – 5:00 & F 8:00 – 4:00 (EST, CST, PST)
• Supplemental Medical & Dental insurance available/ PTO/ Monthly Bonuses

• 2+yrs inside sales, telemarketing, or call center experience
• Associates degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
• Experience working with SalesForce.com (or similar CRM systems)
• Comfortable with a fast paced technology rich environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong business acumen and a strong phone presence
• Strong desire to exceed expectations and quotas 
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Highly motivated to succeed in a performance driven environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1yr – 2yrs marketing, sales, or call center experience  
• Ability to travel locally on occasion
