FEATURED PROJECT: Marketing Campaign Associates (focus: online sales) $17 hourly

SALARY RANGE: $ 17 Hourly

HOURS: Part time, and F/T hours

JOB DUTIES:

We are currently looking for a Marketing Campaign Associates. The purpose of these positions is to help develop new business and ensure sales growth across all the markets we serve. We are an industry leader, U.S. manufacturer, and the OEM of aerial units, digger derricks, cranes, and specialty equipment. With in-house online training and support, you will develop the tools and network you need to be successful and communicate with customers on a daily basis.

A successful candidate will be able to balance many responsibilities and prioritize the most critical aspects of each. This position supports the lead generation, qualification and closure process. While we will be promoting a wide range of products and services to both prospects and customers, the concentration will be on new equipment.

Enjoys helping support the sale of heavy machinery and equipment! Examples of related equipment are construction or farm equipment such as dozers, cranes, or tractors.

Major Responsibilities

Answering customer inquiries, providing information to promote the sale of products and services
Qualify, prioritize, track and evaluate leads
Constant follow up with prospects/customers and Account Managers
Develop skills for high level usage of our CRM and associated systems
Cross-selling the portfolio of products and services
Understanding the features and benefits of products and services
Learning about the competitive landscape and how our products are positioned
Assisting with reporting of leads, opportunities and sales
Provide feedback to the team to identify and correct areas that need improvement
All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

Marketing or Communications experience preferred
Zero to two years experience in a marketing, CSR or sales role preferred
Microsoft Office Suite skills required
Current valid Driver’s License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop relationships with peers to ensure teamwork within the Marketing area
Ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
