JOB DUTIES:

NOW HIRING Work from Home Medical Collections Representatives

Schedule Hours: Monday-Friday8:00am-5:00pm
Training Hours: Monday-Friday8:00am-5:00pm
Training will be on online for up to 2 weeks

Compensation:
Salary range of $29,120-$33,280/yr. ($14/hr.to $16/hr.) depending on verifiable call center experience;

Responsibilities:
Work from Home Medical CollectionsRepresentatives are to perform patient collections in regards to their hospital account(s) in our virtual inbound/outbound call center. These collection representatives are responsible for assisting customers for payment resolution of their outstanding balances on their accounts. The position requires excellent customer service and listening skills.

Requirements include:
Stable work history
Strong ability to meet production goals while simultaneously maintaining quality standards
Strong verbal / written communication skills
Strong customer service focus
Must be accustomed to sitting at a desk for long periods of time
High School Diploma or GED completion
Remote workers to have a minimum bandwidth and/or workstation physically connected to a Cable/DSL router, and may be required to meet other technology specific requirements
Remote workers are responsible for establishing and furnishing approved work home area
