Seeking customer service reps to join online chat team.  This open-ended contract offers great exposure to the rest of the company and provides the employees opportunity to network with those business leaders for advancement opportunities.

The Online Sales Consultants are a “front line” point of contact for our customers contemplating the purchase of our products through web chat. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending the best solution for their needs and move customers further along in the purchase process while providing an excellent customer experience.

Working hours: Monday – Saturday 10:00am-7:00am

–Promote the brand by inspiring and educating customers regarding products, with a goal of moving the customer along in the purchase cycle. 
–Use consultative selling techniques to qualify customers on their listening environment, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs. 
–Make every effort to use effective lead qualification skills to improve personal performance. 
–Strive to meet or exceed assigned performance goals. 
–Convert customer chats into sales and maximize order size through cross-selling and up-selling techniques. 
–Consistently use LivePerson software to keep accurate records of all completed activity. 
–Actively participate in scheduled coaching, mentoring and training meetings. Proactively maintain in-depth knowledge of products. 
–Fully cooperate with all monitoring and coaching activities to improve personal skills and performance results. 
–Other duties as assigned.

–Ability to use questioning skills to easily explore customer needs and concerns 
–Strong sales skills

–Highly confident and professionally assertive individual that can instill confidence in customers

–Bose product knowledge is critical 
–Ability to clearly communicate technical features/advantages/benefits to a range of customers 
–Excellent listening and customer service skills 
–Proven ability to multitask in a highly demanding environment 
–Type 40 wpm minimum
