Currently hiring for full-time, benefits eligible, Program Coordinators to wok remotely. The Program Coordinators are responsible for providing assistance to the Program Supervisors in all areas of our programs, and daily supervision of the programs in the absence of the Program Supervisors, or at the direction of the Program Supervisor. The positions are responsible for implementation of agency mission, values and goals, and will be responsible for oversight of recovery planning, progress reporting and record keeping. These positions also require incorporating experience, knowledge and expertise into the position in a responsible, professional manner. Completion of quality assurance activities for the online STAR residential program including preparation for licensure, county reviews, etc.
Available Shifts: (Eastern Standard)
Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Monday through Friday, 11:00am – 6:00pm
Tues. Through Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Tues. Through Saturday, 11:00am – 6:00pm
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in related field OR
Two years of college plus two years of related work experience OR
High school diploma/GED plus four years of related work experience.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate in a supportive and teaching manner.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
Ability to take direction.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Provide leadership and supervision to all staff by providing instruction, leadership, example, and suggestions as appropriate.
Provide adequate information exchange at end of shift with on-coming supervisor or staff.
Plan shift operations of the site including shift assignments, reporting all problems to the Program Supervisor.
Assist in providing an orientation for new employees in agency’s and facility’s philosophy, policies and procedures.
Participate in performance reviews for employee introductory, annual and interim evaluations.
Participate in development and training of staff to improve quality of services provided to consumers.
Participate in and assume leadership role during staff meetings and training programs.
