FEATURED PROJECT: Order Processing Assistants

SALARY RANGE: $15.25

HOURS: F/T hours

These positions are ideally suited for individuals who enjoy working in a virtual home office environment. The virtual Order Processing Assistants will be completing key functions in order processing, product research and data entry, and customer support, among other various duties. It is absolutely essential that these individuals have speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in all assigned duties. 

This is a full-time position, which requires a steady 40-hour work week with office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time). Responsibilities: Process sales orders. Enter, update, edit and research product informationo Submit change notification sheets and receive new spec detailso Interface with vendors and manufacturers from your home office. Ensure proper handling of data and confidential details Reconcile inventory Electronic document management and editing Database reports and research, and data entry. Other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCES:To be considered for these positions, candidates should have experience in the following categories:· 2 (or more) years related experience in office administration, clerical office or data entry· 1 (or more) year of customer/client service is strongly preferred, but not required. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:· Excellent communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships;· As an individual… self-motivated / starter / sufficient;· Able to work independently without supervision;· Have access to all the necessary tools including professional phone system with small business functions.· Highly organized and efficient with strong time-management skills and able to multi-task.

COMPLEMENTARY COMPUTER EXPERIENCE: Experience using applications (like those listed below) is not required, but may prove helpful in areas such as:· Collaborative packages such as Office 365;· Google.

Docs How This Position Will be Paid:$15.25-$15.75 per hour, We issue checks every two weeks using direct deposit to either a checking or savings account. U.S. based applicants only.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS:Order Entry Assistants are required to be proficient in various MS Office programs; specifically with Google Docs Excel and Word applications, as well as MS Office 365. 
 
Excellent communication skills are very important in this role as our Order Processing Assistants will need to be able to electronically change sheets to product vendors as well as receive product specs from manufacturers that will then need to be entered online.
