FEATURED PROJECT: Quality Improvement CSR: $14.00 Hr.

SALARY RANGE: $ l4.00 per hour to start. Rapid advancement.

JOB DUTIES:

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and implement quality improvement initiatives.  This may involve researching client data, developing project plans, monitoring quality improvement activities, individual case or record review, serving as a customer service resource (in house and external) and providing education to clients, team members, providers, practitioners and management. 

Essential Functions – Quality Improvement: 

Facilitates online client activities, project participation or review and implementation with clients, ensuring plans, tasks and timelines meet the Company and contracting agency requirements. 

Develops and maintains activity and/or project plans. Ensures plans, tasks, and timelines meet contractual and Company requirements and guidelines. Provides regular updates to Company management on activity and/or project status. 

Researches and gathers technical and customer data to support activities and/or project initiatives. Performs analysis on the results of the data collection. Based on the outcome of the analysis, determines areas for engagement and improvement. Provides recommendations feedback to project participants. Assists in the development of project materials and marketing tools.  

3-5 years experience working in direct collaboration with b2c clients or direct, forward facing CSR tasks.   

Functional PC knowledge; significant experience in focus area of project(s). 

Promotes company expertise and CSR solutions to prospective clients. 

Partners with team members and internal/external customers as necessary, to determine and evaluate methods to encourage participation in the quality improvement and/or special project initiatives. 

Maintains positive relationships with internal and external clients to ensure continued participation. 

Monitors project expenses to ensure alignment with budget.  

Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Work location to be home based within a commutable distance to a major airport for semi-annual training. 

30-40% local or overnight travel. 

Experience with quality improvement initiatives preferred. 

Experience with project management or case review preferred.
