JOB DUTIES:

Seeking Sourcing Screeners to work from home. The Sourcing Screeners are responsible for candidate pipeline screening and outreach. You will gather resumes, match candidates to job openings, contact candidates about jobs, schedule interviews, take new job orders from hiring employers, and provide customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with job candidates regarding specific openings
  • Communicate with employees regarding the status of referrals
  • Develop and communication value propositions for an organization or a business unit
  • Navigate and use available tools for internet sourcing
