We are a well-established company looking to fill a remote staffing positions. These positions involve an extremely high level of organization, existing home office and associate equipment, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and the ability to prioritize tasks assigned. Applicants should have exceptional data entry skills, computer literacy, and data entry speed / accuracy.
This positions will involve multiple duties including but not limited to;
Inbound Phone Sales
General office duties: CRM/virtual faxing, filing, scanning, letter drafting, organizing, etc…
Accounts receivable calls, processing and mailings
Data entry: invoicing, bill entry, payment entry
Electronic entry of inventory & build assemblies
Excellent phone skills
Proficient typing skills (minimum of 25 words per minute)
Attention to detail
High level of accuracy
Dependable and Reliable
Experience in the following is required: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Experience in QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
Speak and Write clearly in English
Spanish is beneficial but not required
These positions offer an excellent compensation package: Hourly based on experience. 401K Available. Growth opportunities exist.
These positions are for introductory 6-month contract with the potential to be a Full Time position with hours between Monday – Friday 9:00AM and 5:30PM. in the Central Time Zone.
