As a Customer Service Representative with our eCare team, not only will you be helping customers discover the benefits of our products and services but they will discover your ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.  With each customer conversation you have, it becomes clear: you’re not just supporting people, you’re connecting people to the world and everything in it. 

 Responsibilities 

  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone, through email and live chat
  • Specifying camera and system packages based on customer needs
  • Demonstrating products and providing technical support to customers
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Handling orders, discrepancies and other inquiries
  • Contacting and following up with new and existing customers
  • The ability to have an engaging conversation to discover our customer’s needs and deliver a winning solution
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude that leads to exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills while being adaptable to changing priorities

  •  Promote and sell value-added features, advantages, and benefits, leveraging competitive knowledge to overcome barriers to entry
