FEATURED PROJECT: Customer Service Representatives (Full-Time)

SALARY RANGE: $13.50 and up DOE

OPENINGS: Multiple

HOURS: Part time, and F/T hours


We know that exceptional customer service is at the heart of our operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will collaborate with customers and service center personnel to resolve issues.

To make it as a home-based CSR, you need to be able to work independently with very few directions.  Because you’ll be doing your work or business remotely, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills, we use a combination of collaborative apps and platforms to keep our remote staff in the loop. 

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Properly bill shipments pursuant to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
Recognize and resolve documentation errors
Assist customers via phone, chat, email and fax with inquiries including: tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and/or invoicing questions
Perform general administrative duties as assigned, including: answering and directing phone calls, filing, account updating, data entry and billing
Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
Availability to work a variety of flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

At a minimum, you’ll need:

Previous customer service experience
Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
Ability to maintain a proper, professional home based office enviorment (Video Conference)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

It’d be awesome if you also have:

Transportation or logistics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
