FEATURED PROJECT: Data Entry Associates – $15.50 per hour FT/PT

SALARY RANGE: $ DOE Discussed in interviews $ 15 + entry level

HOURS: Part time, and F/T hours

JOB DUTIES:

The Data Entry Associates are responsible for data entry for donations, event and mission programs for the enterprise. The Data Entry Associates will be responsible for entering data utilizing multiple systems. They are responsible for ensuring data is entered timely and accurately in all systems. 

Major functions:

•Perform data entry tasks in all applications including, but not limited to, event donations, event forms, direct mail, pledge contributions, event setup & maintenance, patient forms, OLER (Off-Line Estimated Revenue), and Constituent Relationship Management donation &/or Event entry.

•Set up new events, roll over existing events and update events in client management programs Convio, Siebel, Event Management Tool, and Cancer Resource Connection.

•Perform correction tasks on data previously entered in all applications.

•Perform data correction tasks for entries that failed automated business rules application in both the Invalids and Staging Error Queues for all applications.

•Perform batch & record reversal and correction tasks.

•Correct errors in FileNet.

•Maintain general business process knowledge of all products and services provided by the department.

•Maintain general knowledge of business purposes the department supports with its products and services.

•Perform export/import functions for outsourced work, including work acceptance and audit tasks.

•Assist in research and analysis as periodically assigned.

•Provide assist in other departments as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Prior work experience of two years, in the areas of data entry, capture & computer operation, remittance and/or lockbox processing, or other financial transactional processing, is also preferred.
