JOB DUTIES:

Established travel Company is now hiring TWENTY FIVE Tour Coordinators. Currently looking for energetic, and dynamic customer service representatives with open availability for a fast paced travel agency specializing in hotel, tours, and cruise sales. These are work from home positions.

Pay: Up to $18 an hour
Direct Hire.
Shift: Flexible but must maintain 40 hours per week M-Sat.

As a Home Based Tour Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will consist of:
Arrange travel for group and fit travelers from overseas clients.
Maintain good communication with overseas sales offices
Communicate with hotels, restaurants, events venues, Bus Company, etc. in US to coordinate trip arrangements.
Book reservations for hotels, transportation, optional tours, and special events, etc.

Data entry into system and maintain the tour cost and sales.
Site visitation to the actual tour locations as needed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor /management.

Requirement:
Proficient in PC, MS Excel and Word
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Great organizational and time management skill
Must have good common sense, fast learner and detail oriented

Experience:
Previous hotel or travel-related experience desired.
Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
