FEATURED PROJECT: Remote Customer Service Advisors $17.50 Hourly

SALARY RANGE: $  17.50 Hourly

OPENINGS: Multiple 12

HOURS: Part time, and F/T hours



Heavy customer communications including email, chats & telephone
Administrative functions including data entry, CRM
Answer customer service phone hotline, providing problem solving answers
Provide technical & repair information for the all our product lines
Compile data/ information for daily and monthly reporting & analysis
Customer Service liaison between different service facilities.
Maintain communications between Customer Service representatives and repair Technicians
Help solve problems that affect service, efficiency, and productivity
In addition to these responsibilities and tasks, there are other projects that may arise during the year. These may include, but are not limited to; Customer Care improvement, Repair tracking solutions. May be required to attend quarterly training or trade shows as needed.

Required qualifications:

Heavy Customer Service experience
SAP Experience a plus
Disciplined, organized, and detail oriented
Excellent follow-up skills
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to maintain a professional home office, suitable for video chats and meetings
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a remote environment.
Excellent communications — verbal and written – Ability to pay attention to detail and create written communication
Computer competency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
Understanding and appreciation of high quality products
Trustworthy and able to handle a high level of independence
Ability to multi task and communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in Business, Communication, or relevant subject
Luxury goods customer service experience
