As a Sales Operations Representative, you will ensure all administrative aspects of the order fulfillment and sales support services are completed in a timely manner with high quality. You will be responsible for processing orders from receipt to fulfillment. The following systems will be used on a daily basis: SAP ECC (R/3), SAP CRM and MS-CRM for various business units.

The ideal candidate will be able to work during the hours of 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday with flexibility for more hours during our busy time at end of month or end of quarter. These roles are home based but our headquarters are in CA and hours are flexible but based on CA shifts.


Log, register, qualify, validate, and process sales orders against system quotes and customer purchase or legal requests.
Creation and maintenance of master data, I-base, cases, etc. within SAP, MS CRM and/or the system currently in use.
Qualify, validate, and process change requests to software and license installed database.
Acquire, maintain, and apply knowledge of our software configuration and shippable parts.
Perform self-audits on quotes, orders, delivery documents, invoices, ibase changes, etc. to obtain high quality in order fulfillment process.
Assist and satisfy internal and external customers in friendly and concise manner by providing required information on any stage of order fulfillment process including but not limited to product, pricing, quoting, support documents, order information (on services, software or training), and download enabling.
Escalate partner/customer problems, issues, and concerns to most appropriate person when necessary.
Follow-up in a timely and accurate manner on open issues, tasks, activities, and unresolved items.

Job Requirements

Occupational/Technical Knowledge:

Computer and software knowledge.
Working Knowledge of MS Office
Order processing (CRM experience preferred)
Experience with SAP a plus
Data entry experience a plus
MS CRM experience a plus

Detail-oriented with the aptitude to manage multiple tasks in an unsupervised remote location
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities
Ability to adapt to changing environment without sacrificing customer satisfaction or quality
Team player with a positive attitude
Highly motivated, proactive self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of integrity and commitment to quality
Exceptional customer service skills
Aptitude to maintain composure in stressful situations and time constraints
Desire to learn and understand the business
Foreign languages, verbal and written are an asset

Current or working toward a BS or BA in business or related field
