Telephone Banking / Customer Service Representatives

$11.50 – $13.50 an hour

Both Spanish speaking positions and English speaking positions include after training completion, starting pay between $14-$15/hr plus bonuses and salary increases when performance and ongoing training goals are met.

Duties – As a Customer Service / Call Center Representative working in a remote environment, you will be working to support customers with their deposit accounts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Take inbound calls from bank customers, listen and understand their needs (deposits, financial transactions, adjustments, and online banking), and help to identify a solution while gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries and documenting resolutions.

Inform customers about available services and assess customer needs.

Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements – Customer Service / Call Center Representatives are successful when they meet the following requirements:

12 Months working in a Customer Support, Call Center, or Hospitality role.

Banking experience is a plus.

Able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and Saturdays.

High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Must pass Drug and Background screening.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers/Internet, and related technologies.

Online Banking experience is a plus.

SharePoint experience a plus.

MS Office experience required.

Quarterly Raises

Monthly training sessions that include salary increases after completion.
