We offer our clients value added expertise in the development and use of Information Technology to expand and improve their organization’s business processes.  Currently, we are searching for a Telecommute Helpdesk Specialist, Journeyman to join our team in a remote role.

Responds to requests via ticketing system and diagnoses problems in various ways such as observation, discussion with users, recreation of issue or research.

Ensures a timely process to address issues and clearly documents resolutions.

Serves as a focal point for customer concerns and will need to demonstrate strong communication skills.

Manage assignments that may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.

Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.

Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.


1 year experience, knowledge in software / hardware setup, basic hardware repairs, imaging and software installation required. 

Multi-tasker who is detail oriented with solid technical skills. 

Associate Degree preferred
