A rapidly growing online travel agency is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, high energy professionals to join its team. Driven sales professionals who enjoy the benefit of a work from home position but also a fast paced, fun, and growth oriented remote team are ideal candidates for the position.

The primary role of this position involves interacting with interested travelers through both phone and email. For this reason strong written and verbal communication skills are required along with the ability to stay organized and develop strong follow up strategies. Chosen candidate must display the winning characteristics for success in the sales arena and display a charismatic, positive attitude. Prior experience is not required – however individuals must convey that they have a drive to succeed and are goal oriented. 


*Must be able to work some Saturdays and Sundays.

Display strong written and verbal skills

Maintain a high attention to detail and quality of work

Contribute ideas aimed at driving sales revenue, reaching target audiences, and increasing closing percentages.

Demonstrate resourcefulness and sound judgment

Demonstrate strong time management and problem solving skills

Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of featured resort properties

Maintain accurate record keeping

Maintain a friendly and caring attitude towards customers

Demonstrate thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

A quiet home office environment is mandatory for both video and audio conferencing.


Respond to general travel inquiries via email correspondence and telephone.

Maintain solid working knowledge of our featured resort properties (Training Provided).

Complete all reservation activities associated with travel – including documentation and prescribed communication with guests.

Participate in advertising updates including calendar management, rate changes and general content.

Respond to Customer Service inquiries which may include changes to reservations and/or requests for additional information.

Participate in setting and achieving ongoing sales goals including closing percentages and top line revenue.
