FEATURED PROJECT: Administrative/ Customer Support Representatives $13.00 and up
SALARY RANGE: $ 13.00 starting
HOURS: Part time, and F/T hours
- Address inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely manner
- Process documents in accordance with company procedure
- Maintain open communication with team members and team leader
- Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties
- Update the database with Vendor profile information.
- Manage changing timelines and prioritize accordingly
- Strong administrative and/or customer service experience gained from office/call center environment or retail or restaurant industry experience.
- College graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with current collaboration software a plus
