JOB DUTIES:

Full Time. Immediate hires $12.00 – $15.00 /Hour

We are seeking several experienced Administrative and Customer Service Support Representatives to join our growing organization. Individuals will be responsible for managing the workflow for the mortgage process. Representatives will, review documents for accuracy, enter information into the databases, and contact vendors and clients to communicate timeline and process changes. Strong communication, excellent MS Office skills, and ability to work in a home based, fast paced environment are a must. These positions offer long term career opportunities and the ability to grow within a national organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely manner
  • Process documents in accordance with company procedure
  • Maintain open communication with team members and team leader
  • Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties
  • Update the database with Vendor profile information.
  • Manage changing timelines and prioritize accordingly

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and/or customer service experience gained from office/call center environment or retail or restaurant industry experience.
  • College graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with current collaboration software a plus
