JOB DUTIES:

We are a privately owned, highly successful boutique insurance company in business since 1972. covering the eastern United States. Our mission is to provide hard working men and women with quality, affordable, easy to understand insurance, We are dedicated to protecting individuals and families who trust in their service.

As we continue to expand our business, our office structure has changed and each office will be seeking an experienced and professional to serve on the management team as an Administrative Manager. These positions will work from a home based office and will be responsible for up to 3 office locations.

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Manager (remote office) will oversee the administrative and customer service functions of the organization. This person is responsible for building and sustaining a high performing customer service oriented team. In addition:

•Implement and uphold all current company policies

•Provide coaching, leadership and support to direct reports

•Ensure all operations are consistent with the stated mission

•Ensure quality support is provide to all requesting units

•Ensure quality customer service is provided through the Call Center

•Provide guidance and direction to Support Team Supervisors

•Address performance issues in a proactive manner

•Complete monthly performance reports 

•Contribute to the development and ongoing training Customer Service staff

•Assist in setting and attaining annual goals and objectives for the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Must be able to interpret and analyze oral and written communication

•Must be able to demonstrate good time management skills

•Knowledge of computer system, Word and Excel programs

•Knowledge and application of team leadership skills

•Must be able to visit each assigned office monthly for management meeting.

•Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

•2+ years of supervisory experience

•Experience developing and implementing administrative operations policies and procedures
