DESCRIPTION:

We provide aggressive marketing campaigns for national accounts. Providing customers with the everyday value and uncompromising customer service that has made us so successful.  We are now accepting applications for Remote Customer Service Agents, Retail and Event Marketing Consultants and Entry-Level Managers (must work in regional or satellite office) to grow with our business.  Be part of an exciting, fun work environment while helping to develop our national brand.

Looking to fill 25 CSR and 10 marketing positions with full training and growth to management.

Duties:

•  Responsibilities of an Customer Service Agents is to establish and build strong customer relations while representing national and local clients professionally.

•  Will also attend and participate in mandatory online meetings to increase marketing and training abilities while honing in on the leadership skill sets preparing candidates for management.

•  Agents completing relevant database and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner and continually updating your product and market knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Some College or related training preferred.

– Familiar with MS Office suite. 

– Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

– Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail oriented.
