JOB DUTIES:

Expanding our distributed call center and looking for dedicated, self-starters that have a background in customer satisfaction and looking to work for al forward thinking company. Qualified applicants should possess superb communication skills, the ability to multitask, a rock solid work ethic, interest in a long-term career path and a desire to grow with the company. While we have manufacturing facilities in PA, NY and CA our call center staff are remotely located throughout the U.S.

The Customer Account Coordinators are responsible for managing all aspects of specific, assigned customer accounts. The duties for these positions include, but are not limited to, MRP and inventory review, planning, quote and estimation processing, sales and purchase order processing, order tracking and maintenance, maintaining weekly customer production schedules and inventory spreadsheets, building and maintaining customer and vendor relations, expanding business with current customers, emailing correspondence with customers and vendors, phone support, plus other virtual office administrative tasks and duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining superior standards through detailed order processing and accurate data entry

Monitoring orders through complete production process

Cultivating a rapport with customers to increase sales and create customer loyalty

Process sales and purchase orders to customers and vendors

Follow up on deliveries of product and inventory release schedules with customers and vendors

Provide quotes to customers for new and repeat business

Troubleshoot and work to resolve any quality issues, mis-shipments, and/or other concerns for customers

Maintain relationships with vendors

Skills and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Well-organized, detail oriented, energetic

Demonstrated proficiency at problem-solving, collaboration, and meeting deadlines in complex, fast-moving environments

Ability to multitask, prioritize, follow through and stay on track

Personable, positive, able to relate well with team members and clients at all levels

Ensure all client interactions are conducted promptly, professionally, and accurately

Proficient in Microsoft Windows, including Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel

Ability to maintain efficiency, speed and accuracy through multiple, sometimes daily process changes/updates

Education and Experience

1+ years’ experience in purchasing support or in a customer service position.

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree and/or coursework a plus.
