FEATURED PROJECT: Technical Support Specialists
SALARY RANGE: $ $14 per hour P/T. Salaried FT positions available.
HOURS: Part time, and F/T hours
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers
- Determine the scope of the customer’s issue in an effective and professional manner
- Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with focus on first call resolution
- Resolve customer requests by investigating problems, developing solutions and recommending additional products and/or services relevant to assessment of the customer needs.
- Some college completed in a relevant field or relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
- The ability to communicate technical directions over the phone to a variety of users
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
