Overview

Looking for an entry-level Customer Relations Representative to join our remote team. The Customer Relations Representative is the voice of a large national certification board assisting customers through the certification and recertification application process. In this role you will partner with other Customer Relations Representatives on the team to assure full service, high quality and consistent service is always provided.
