Job Description

COMPENSATION: Ranging between$15.00 and $20.00based on your county of residence plus additional fringe benefits

Employment Status: This is a temporary position that will run for 2 to 6 months (opportunity for permanent full-time employment may be available at the end of this project based on business needs)

SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative (CSR)will provide unbiased assistance in answering customer questions, assistance with problem resolution, and documenting all provider encounters in clear and concise logs.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide superior customer service in an emergency contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence.

  • Handle questions and concerns regarding national disaster emergencies with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-users questions and concerns.
  • Display empathy, have a passion for customer service excellence, and enjoy helping people, especially those impacted by national disaster incidents.
  • Use a respectful and tactful manner to effectively deal with difficult situations.
  • Maintain knowledge of systems/applications/products serviced by the contact center.
  • Ability to follow strict work instructions and procedures.
  • Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures.
  • Attend training as needed.
  • Listen to performance feedback and integrate suggestions into your daily tasks.
  • Demonstrate a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic.

  • Flexibility to work different shifts
  • Must have an HS diploma.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a clean background.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a stringent credit and background check to obtain a government clearance.
  • Must reside in the U.S.A.
