We are a busy national home and commercial builder and we have one opening for a remote office assistant to work from home up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
– Perform general office duties, including responding to emails, sending invoices, creating reports and other documents, and managing correspondence
– Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
– Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
– Type, transcribe, and distribute documents as required
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
– Support the office team with various administrative tasks as needed
